Built as a single heavy slab on a low base, the ACME Yoab Coffee Table is a white oak veneer coffee table whose character comes entirely from its surface. The design idea is restraint: a thick top with visible grain and nothing to distract from it. It suits minimalist living rooms and anyone who prefers wood texture over hardware.

The frame is composite wood wrapped in white oak veneer and treated with a smoked oak finish, a darker, slightly greyed tone that keeps the grain readable while pulling it away from the honey color of untreated oak. The top is fifty millimeters thick, and at thirty-five inches across with a twelve-inch height it sits low in front of a deep sectional. Weighing in at over seventy pounds, the piece stays put once it is placed. It is part of ACME's Yoab collection. In a Key Biscayne home with white walls and linen seating, the ACME Yoab Coffee Table adds the one dark, grounded element the room needs, and its wood grain top warms up a cool palette.
