Understated and sturdy, the ACME Wallace II Dining Table is a round pedestal dining table that puts the focus on wood grain and a single sculptural base. It suits casual dining rooms and breakfast nooks where four people gather every day and nobody wants to trip over table legs.

The 48-inch round top is fixed, with no extension leaf, and is cut thick at 36mm so the edge has real presence. Beneath it a single wooden pedestal spreads into an x shaped base, giving the table its transitional character and keeping knees and chairs free of corners. ACME builds the Wallace II from wood, veneer and composite wood and applies a weathered oak finish that shows the grain through a soft grey-brown tone. The ACME Wallace II Dining Table is part of ACME's Wallace II casual dining collection, which also includes ladder-back chairs with tan linen seat cushions, sold separately. In a Fort Lauderdale kitchen with white cabinets or a Naples breakfast room full of morning light, the weathered finish would feel relaxed and lived in.
