Built for a study that takes its cues from old European rooms, the ACME Versailles Executive Writing Desk pairs a wide work surface with oversized scrolled cabriole legs and carved scrollwork along the apron. It is an executive office desk for someone who wants a home office that feels like a library rather than a cubicle.

The desk is constructed from wood and wood veneer, while the cabriole legs, apron base and drawer fronts are cast in poly-resin and given an antique contrast finish that deepens the carving. Three drawers slide on side-mounted metal glides with three-quarter extension and are assembled with French dovetails, and the hardware carries a silver finish. The desk ships knocked down for assembly at home. Three finishes are offered: Cherry Oak, Bone White and Antique Platinum. As part of ACME's Versailles collection, the ACME Versailles Executive Writing Desk coordinates with the matching office pieces and would hold its own in a Key Biscayne home office.
