Ornament done with restraint is the whole point of the ACME Vendome Sofa Table. A curved apron carries scrolled decorative trim across the front, and the corners rest on Queen Anne legs, the cabriole shape that has anchored traditional furniture for centuries. Owners of formal living rooms and anyone who wants a gold patina console table with old-world detail will recognize it immediately.

The table is made from solid and engineered wood with poly resin and wood veneer, finished in Gold Patina, a soft antiqued gold rather than a bright metallic. A lower shelf gives a second surface for books or a basket, while the top is ready for a lamp. Behind a sofa it bridges the gap between seating and wall; in a foyer it becomes a traditional entryway table that greets guests with some ceremony. ACME ships it knocked down for assembly. Picture the ACME Vendome Sofa Table in a Coral Gables Mediterranean home beneath a gilt mirror and the fit is obvious.
