Inspired by the furniture of grand European houses, the ACME Vendome Chest is a handcrafted door chest that combines three drawers with a two-door cabinet. Elaborate wood carving runs across the front, and oversized scrolled legs finish the base with raised molding trim. It suits a traditional bedroom where storage should look like a furniture heirloom rather than a box.

The three drawers ride on ball bearing side metal glides with full extension, use English dovetail joinery at the back and are felt lined inside; the two doors open on metal hardware to reveal a single shelf. Construction mixes wood, veneer and composite wood with poly resin for the carved base, and the antique contrast finish deepens the carving. Part of ACME's Vendome collection, the ACME Vendome Chest comes in your choice of Gold Patina and Bone, Cherry or Antique Pearl. The gold patina finish version looks right at home in a Coral Gables Mediterranean revival, while a traditional bedroom chest in Cherry warms up a Naples guest room.
