Tall, wide and finished in a lustrous antique white, the ACME Vanaheim Chest is an ornate bedroom chest from a collection known for its scroll floral carving and gold trim accents. It suits master bedrooms furnished around the Vanaheim panel bed and anyone who prefers a classic, dressed-up look over plain cases.

Every drawer is lined with felt, and self-closing drawers on metal bottom glides pull themselves shut over the last few inches, a feature usually reserved for higher-end casegoods. The drawers open to two-thirds extension, and the resin and composite wood construction allows the decorative detail to be molded crisply. Just over four feet wide and fifty-five inches tall, the ACME Vanaheim Chest provides deep storage without the length of a dresser, which keeps floor space free. As an antique white chest, it brightens a bedroom, and in a West Palm Beach home with cream drapery and gold mirrors it matches the rest of the Vanaheim set piece for piece.
