Few beds get a child to bedtime faster than the ACME Tobi Train Bed, a twin metal bed built to look like a locomotive, complete with an overhead roof, a detailed headlight and matching wheels along the sides. It was designed for play as much as sleep, which makes it a favorite train bed for kids who are moving out of a toddler bed.

The frame is metal with a glossy powder-coated finish in blue, red and black, and the padded headboard is covered in PU over an MDF panel for a softer spot to lean against during story time. Seven slats come included, so no box spring is needed, and the footboard stands about 24" tall with 5" of open space under the rail. ACME confirms the bed contains no formaldehyde or lead paint. From ACME's Tobi collection, the ACME Tobi Train Bed is a conversation piece for a toddler's room in Boca Raton or a grandparents' house in Naples where the little ones stay over.
