Wood, metal and distressed leather meet in the ACME Silchester Chair, a top grain leather chair with a wide track arm and slim metal spindle legs. The idea is rugged city style: a deep seat that reads like a well-worn club chair, aimed at anyone furnishing a loft, a study or a den with an industrial edge.

Two leather options are offered: distressed chocolate top grain leather with an oak finish wood trim base, or antique ebony top grain leather with horizontal tufting on the back cushion and a feather-and-foam seat. Both versions have a tight back, a loose box T-cushion seat over full foam, and a handy side pocket built into the arm. The leather carries a vintage pattern, so each industrial leather armchair shows its own grain and shading. The ACME Silchester Chair belongs to ACME's Silchester collection, a group that combines wood, metal and leather in sleek silhouettes. It would suit a Wynwood-style loft in Miami or a Fort Lauderdale home office that needs one serious reading chair.
