Extra prep surface and a place to stash produce come together in the ACME Sezye Kitchen Island, a marble top kitchen island with three sea grass baskets tucked into its white base. It suits open kitchens that need a work zone and smaller kitchens that lack counter space altogether.

The top is artificial marble, 20 millimeters thick, with the veining of natural stone and a surface that handles daily use without the upkeep real marble demands. Below it, the wood frame is finished in white and the three woven baskets slide out for onions, linens or bread, bringing a coastal texture to the contemporary lines. At roughly 50 inches wide the ACME Sezye Kitchen Island gives two people room to work side by side, whether that is Sunday breakfast in a Key Biscayne condo or meal prep in a Doral family kitchen. The piece belongs to ACME's Sezye collection and ships in a single carton.
