Texture does the talking on the ACME Sadie Chest, a five drawer chest with embossed fronts, sparkling trim and slim single-pull handles in a Dark Champagne finish. It suits a contemporary bedroom that wants shimmer handled with restraint.
The front and top panels are embossed MDF and particleboard over a solid rubberwood front frame, with wood tapered legs about 4 inches high in the same Dark Champagne finish. Drawers run on ball-bearing side metal glides with two-thirds extension, English dovetail joints front and back, a safety stop and a manual close. The top drawer is felt lined and the case bottom is dust-proof. Handles are zinc alloy with acrylic. Part of ACME's Sadie collection, the ACME Sadie Chest stands about 54 inches tall and 38 inches wide, enough for a full wardrobe of folded clothes. In a Doral townhouse bedroom, this dark champagne chest catches the morning light along the embossed grain. One finish is offered: Dark Champagne.
