Think of the ACME Quenti Sofa Bed as a gray velvet daybed with a modern attitude. It keeps the crisp, armless lines of a classic daybed, then adds a button tufted sofa bed surface, a single bolster pillow and slim chrome metal legs. It fits a studio, a guest room or a home office where one piece has to handle both seating and the occasional overnight stay.

Gray melange velvet covers the whole piece, and the tufting runs across the seat for a tailored, low-profile look. The cushion is nine inches thick with a D23 foam density, which gives it enough give for lounging while the legs, which attach on delivery, lift the base off the floor. Part of ACME's Quenti collection, the ACME Quenti Sofa Bed comes in one finish, so there is no color decision to make. Picture it under a window in a Brickell apartment, doubling as a reading spot by day and a spare bed when friends stay late.
