Upscale and unapologetically classic, the ACME Picardy II Accent Chair is a button tufted accent chair framed by oversized scrolled trim in Antique Pearl with a gold brushed finish. The idea behind it is contrast: a light floral pattern fabric on the arched backrest set against a different patterned fabric on the seat cushion. It suits a formal living room or a reading corner that wants a handcrafted, traditional centerpiece.

A solid wood and ply inside frame carries a pocket coil and foam seat, with a tight back and a loose box seat cushion trimmed in welt. The arms are rolled, the backrest is arched and tufted on the inside, and the whole chair stands on wooden queen anne legs with scrolled motifs. One contrast pillow with a removable cover is included, and the back attaches at home. Part of ACME's Picardy II collection, the ACME Picardy II Accent Chair looks at home in a Coral Gables living room with crown molding and a formal rug.
