The ACME Miquell Nightstand is a two drawer nightstand with a rectangular case lifted on short legs, leaving about four inches of open space beneath it. Its clean rectangular frame reads contemporary while the finishes keep it warm, so it suits bedrooms that mix modern and transitional furniture.

Two spacious drawers run on Kenlin three-quarter extension glides with English dovetail joinery front and back, a safety stop, and a single metal handle on each front. The case and legs are built from chipboard with paper veneer, and the Natural finish version stands on 4" tapered legs, while ACME lists block legs for the Oak finish version. Available in Natural or Oak, the ACME Miquell Nightstand pairs with many bed styles, and as a bedside table with drawers it keeps chargers and reading glasses out of sight. In a Kendall guest room, a contemporary wood nightstand like this one works on either side of a queen bed.
