Sold as a pair, the ACME Merel Side Chair Set of 2 is an armless parson chair with a tall square backrest and button tufting on the inside face, a detail that gives the gray parson chair a tailored, upholstered look. It suits casual dining rooms where a soft fabric seat matters more than a hard wooden one.

Each Merel chair is padded on both the seat and back and covered in gray fabric with multi-tone gray shades, so the color reads as layered rather than flat. Wooden tapered legs in a gray oak finish carry the tone down to the floor, making this a true gray oak dining chair from top to bottom. The seat is stationary and set at standard dining height. Picture a button tufted dining chair like this around a light wood table in a Boca Raton breakfast nook, where the muted gray keeps the room calm. The ACME Merel Side Chair Set of 2 ships two chairs to a carton.
