Two finishes share one piece in the ACME Lakita Coffee Table, a green high gloss coffee table that combines a deep, almost black green with the grain of smoked oak veneer. That pairing is the design idea: polished color against natural wood, so the table never looks flat. It suits modern living rooms that already lean toward darker, moodier palettes.

The structure is composite wood faced with white oak veneer, and the finish combines blackish green high gloss with smoked oak. The top is fifty millimeters thick, the footprint is thirty-five inches, and the fourteen-inch height is a touch taller than a typical low table. It is part of ACME's Lakita collection, where the Lakita end table swaps the green for a dark blond gloss and keeps the oak. Put the ACME Lakita Coffee Table in a West Palm Beach den with a camel leather sofa and the combination of green, oak and leather settles into a warm, clubby mood. A dark green coffee table like this also pairs easily with brass or black metal lighting.
