Sit, stand and recline at the touch of a button with the ACME Ipompea Power Lift Recliner, a velvet lift chair with massage and heat built in. It is designed for anyone who finds getting up from a low seat difficult.

A wired remote raises the chair to help you stand, lowers it to sit and moves the backrest and footrest together through a range of reclining positions, stopping anywhere along the way. The controller can be flipped to the left or right side. Inside, the seat uses pocket coils over a pine wood and plywood frame with six-inch-thick foam, the backrest carries grid pattern stitching, and the pillow top armrests add softness on both sides. A metal base supports the lift mechanism, and the chair needs only four to six inches of space from the wall. Part of ACME's Ipompea collection, the ACME Ipompea Power Lift Recliner comes in black velvet or gray velvet; pillows are not included. It suits a Naples or Hialeah bedroom corner where a parent wants comfort and independence.
