Smoky glass and a black and gold frame give the ACME Heleris Console Table an Art Deco character that works in an entryway, behind a sofa or as a slim display shelf. The etagere-style frame is the defining idea: open on every side, with two wooden shelves stacked below the glass so the piece is as much a display unit as a table.

The top is 5mm smoky tempered glass with no bevel and no apron, resting directly on the frame. Two shelves in 18mm MDF with paper laminate provide the open storage, and the back is open too, which keeps the console looking light against a wall. Round metal tube legs carry the black and gold finish, and there are no casters, so the table sits firmly once placed. The ACME Heleris Console Table ships knocked down in one carton and belongs to ACME's Heleris collection. In a Brickell apartment hallway with a large mirror above it, this etagere console table holds keys, a plant and a stack of books without crowding the space.
