Sold as a pair, the ACME Gilsea Counter Height Chair Set of 2 dresses a pub-height table in two materials at once: fabric on one surface, brown synthetic leather on the other, with a line of nailhead trim along the edges. These upholstered counter height chairs suit buyers who want the rustic warmth of the Gilsea table with a little more polish at the seat.

Each chair stands on a wood and composite wood frame in a Brown finish that matches the Gilsea counter height table, and the two-tone upholstery lets the fabric panel and the synthetic leather panel play off each other. Nailhead trim bar stools tend to look heavy, but the Gilsea keeps its lines clean, with the trim used as an outline rather than decoration for its own sake. The pair ships two to a carton as part of ACME's Gilsea collection, and extra pairs can be added for a longer table. In a Fort Lauderdale kitchen with a long island, the ACME Gilsea Counter Height Chair Set of 2 gives the whole family a seat at breakfast, and the two-tone counter stools add contrast that plain fabric would not.
