Rococo ornament is the signature of the ACME Dresden Mirror, an arched dresser mirror ringed with raised scrolled moldings cast in poly resin over a wood frame. Each finish is built up in layers of stain and hand-applied burnish, so the surface has depth rather than a flat coat of paint. It suits a traditional primary bedroom with a Dresden dresser or any room that wants a large, ornate rococo style mirror above a chest.

The glass has a beveled edge, and the arched shape with its scrolled crown makes the 46" square piece feel taller than it measures. ACME offers three finishes: Vintage Bone White, Cherry Oak, and Gold Patina and Bone, so the same mold suits an airy French-inspired room or a darker, library-style bedroom. Support rails are included for mounting the mirror onto the matching Dresden dresser, which is sold separately. In a Coral Gables Spanish-revival home, a vintage bone white mirror from this collection pairs well with plaster walls, and the ACME Dresden Mirror in Cherry Oak suits a Kendall home with darker floors.
