Tall posts and embossed ribbons and florals give the ACME Dorothy Post Bed the storybook look that a young girl's room often calls for. As an ivory poster bed built in full size, it is meant for a child growing out of a toddler bed and into a space of her own.

ACME crafts the Dorothy from wood in an ivory finish that goes with nearly any color scheme. The headboard and footboard are arched with oval molding, and the frilly embossed details run through the design. Thirteen slats support the mattress, which means a box spring is not required. Optional canopy posts, sold separately, complete the regal effect, and an optional trundle, also sold separately, slides underneath for sleepovers. Part of ACME's Dorothy collection, the ACME Dorothy Post Bed belongs in a Coral Gables bedroom where a full size kids bed needs to feel special rather than plain.
