The gentle rise and fall of its camel back sofa silhouette gives the ACME Chelmsford Sofa a classic country-house profile. Button tufting covers the tall back, scalloped trim in Antique Taupe outlines the arms, back and base, and five accent pillows are included. It is intended for a traditional home that wants a welcoming sofa without heavy carving.

Upholstery is a beige cotton and polyester blend over a tight back and tight seat, with box seat construction and welt trim keeping the lines crisp. The shaped arms have padded side panels finished with welt, and the whole piece rests on wooden cabriole legs in the same Antique Taupe as the trim; the legs attach on delivery while the body arrives assembled. A sturdy frame underneath is built for daily use. The antique taupe trim against beige fabric keeps the palette soft and neutral, and the ACME Chelmsford Sofa belongs to ACME's Chelmsford collection, so the matching loveseat and chair complete the set. In a Hollywood, Florida living room with wood floors and plantation shutters, this beige fabric sofa reads warm rather than formal.
