Plain, useful and finished in a soft gray, the ACME Carine II Nightstand is the kind of bedside piece that fits almost any bedroom without a fuss. Two drawers sit on a wooden bracket leg base, and the gray two drawer nightstand suits a guest room, a youth bedroom or a primary suite that wants something quiet beside the bed.

Each drawer rides on a center-mounted Kenlin metal glide with three-quarter extension, a safety stop and manual close, and the drawer boxes are joined with English dovetails front and back. The case is built from wood and composite wood, and the bracket leg nightstand stands 3.5 inches off the floor on its wooden feet. ACME lists the Carine II as a two-handle design. In a West Palm Beach bedroom with a white or light wood bed, the ACME Carine II Nightstand blends into the background and lets the bedding carry the color. It is part of ACME's Carine II collection, and this dovetail drawer nightstand is sized for tighter spaces.
