Simple and modern is the brief for the ACME Brecon Coffee Table, a round coffee table with a white oak top and chrome metal legs joined by X-shape support bars. It suits living rooms that need a surface for a tray of drinks or a floral display without a heavy, boxy base underneath.

The round top is made from particleboard with paper veneer in a White Oak finish, and it rests on a metal tube frame finished in chrome, with crossed support bars that add stability and a graphic detail under the open base. There is no storage, which keeps the look airy, and the table ships knocked down. It belongs to ACME's Brecon collection, which also includes a matching end table and a half-moon sofa table in the same white oak and chrome pairing. The ACME Brecon Coffee Table comes in that finish only. On a light rug in a Naples living room, the pale top and bright legs keep the space feeling open.
