Set behind a sofa or against an entry wall, the ACME Brantley Sofa Table is an industrial console table that keeps sight lines open thanks to its clear glass surface. It suits lofts, open-plan living rooms and anyone who wants the Brantley look without a heavy, solid-topped piece.

The top is an eight-millimeter tempered glass top set on a sandy gray metal frame, with composite wood used in the construction as well. That sandy gray tone ties the table to the Brantley accent chair and bench, which share the collection's water-pipe frame styling, so a whole living room can be furnished in one language. At nearly four feet wide and thirty inches tall, it is sized for the back of a standard sofa or a hallway wall where a lamp and a few objects can sit on display. In a Hollywood, Florida apartment with exposed ductwork and polished concrete, the ACME Brantley Sofa Table fits right in, and in a more traditional Coral Gables home it adds a touch of edge.
