Standing just under five feet tall, the ACME Ariadne Chest is a traditional bedroom chest finished in antique platinum, a silvery tone with enough brilliance to catch the eye. It suits bedrooms furnished in the European-chateau spirit of the Traditional Elegance style, where carved detail and metallic finishes set the mood.

Wood and composite wood form the case, with resin used for the decorative detail, and the whole piece wears the antique platinum chest finish across every surface. Drawers are joined with French dovetails at the front and English dovetails at the back, and safety stops keep them from pulling free. The felt-lined top drawers protect jewelry and fine accessories. Forty inches wide and only nineteen deep, the ACME Ariadne Chest fits a narrow wall or an alcove. In a Key Biscayne bedroom with pale blue walls and white trim, the platinum finish adds a cool shimmer.
